Here at WordPress.Com, many of the templates give you the option of selection your own backdrop for your blog. Below are some background swatches I have created to share with you. THEY ARE FREE! No strings attached. [Of course, if you want to spread the word around, I will not stop you.]

How to install:
To download, right click on your desired swatch [the ones on the right] and choose “save as” to your hard drive. In your WordPress.Com account, click on Theme and select a template that will give you the background option. Click where it takes you to the background option and upload your swatch.
